James Hare
Fitzrovia Collection Identity and Brochure Design

James Hare design and produce luxury fabrics and trims for high end interiors. To launch and showcase the new Fitzrovia Collection, I developed a word mark and designed a brochure. I collaborated closely with a copywriter to tell the story of Fitzrovia, for which I developed custom illustrations. The simple line work illustrations were inspired by one of the hero fabrics in the collection.

I wanted the brochure to stand out against competition at trade shows and in the showroom, by moving away from glossy room set photography for the cover. To achieve this, I opted for a single colour metallic foil illustrative cover, with the illustration wrapped from the front cover to the back. This was printed onto Colorplan Silkweave paper to echo the texture and craftsmanship of the fabrics in the collection. The result is a tactile and simple brochure, which exudes luxury.
