Pure Morris
Identity and Brochure

Simplicity of life, even the barest, is not a misery, but the very foundation of refinement: a sanded floor and whitewashed walls, and the green trees, and flowery meads, and living waters outside.

Visual identity and brochure design for The Original Morris & Co.’s Pure Morris wallpaper and fabric Collection.

I designed the identity to nod back to the rich heritage of the brand, whilst reflecting the more parred back and contemporary style of the new collection. The identity consisted of a collection logo, typeface, colours and look and feel. It was applied to the collection wallpaper and pattern books, press release and brochure.

For the brochure, which would be used in showrooms and at shows globally. I reimagined,
a traditionally glossy A4 brochure, into an A5 piece. With copper looped staples, uncoated paper stock and an embossed logo, the Pure Morris brochure was unique in style.
